The picture was taken from Gili Air, with The other islands stretching away towards Bali. A very popular spot as the sunsets can be quite spectacular. A nice way to end the day after lots of snorkelling or diving.

Plumeria Bali Hai Gold
This 2.5 inch golden yellow beauty was found in Bali, Indonesia (hence the name) by Rick Stone. It's a strong growing tree with a sweet jasmine and frangipani scent. One of the best yellows as the inflorescences easily bear 40 to 60 blooms at the same time.

Hulls
Went back to shoot the ships at Sunda Kelapa again. I could spend a day there. This one is a five shot, hand-held series blended together in Photomatix and tweaked to my tastes in PSCS4 (using Topaz Adjust and various layers of Nik filters, all brushed on where I wanted them using masks). Still working on aligning bobbing ship hulls, which was all the more difficult since I did not shoot on a tripod.
