Seasonal mixed berries, originally uploaded by I Should Coco.

@ Mozaic, 975-768. Ubud, Bali. Baked in crispy phyllo pastry, pineapple sorbet, sweet basil and 'espelette' chili crumble. The pastry was delicate like origami.

I loved the chilli crumble! Intense sweetness with a hint of spice.
