The picture that was captured at SMA Negeri 1 Medan in "Back To School 90's - The Reunion Event" on November 7th-2009 is showing Rini, the 1997 Indonesian Idol Winner and former student of SMA Negeri 1 Medan, performance as a guest star on the stage. This reunion event was organized to gathered all former SMA Negeri 1 Medan students who was graduated between the year 1990 to 1999 back to the SMA Negeri 1 Medan facilities and meet all their old highschool friends that they haven't see for a long time.

The photo was photographed by me, Novri Wahyu Perdana, a photography addict. I lived in Medan - North Sumatra. It's a pleasure for me to share one of my work on this site.

Galungan: This is the most important holiday symbolizing the victory of Virtue (Dharma) upon Evil (Adharma). The holiday is specialized by the fitting of 'penjor', a tall bamboo pole splendidly decorated with young coconut leaves, fruit, cakes and flowers, on the right side of every house entrance. People are attired in their finest clothes and jewels this day.

This photo was taken at Taman Fatahilah an old town square at Jakarta. The town square is preserved by the government including old building and ruined in and around the square back from the Dutch colonization era. There are museums and old cafe in this area too. People often come to the square and they can rent antique bikes available there just for ride or for photo shoot.
